What makes your products different from other home decor brands?

Each piece from Dusk & Mist is crafted with story and soul — not mass-produced. We focus on meaningful artwork, high-quality materials, and heirloom-worthy textures. From design to delivery, everything is intentional.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order is wrapped with care, and our packaging feels like receiving a thoughtful gift — whether you’re sending it to yourself or a loved one. We don’t offer custom gift messages yet, but we’re working on it.

Product & Materials

What materials do you use in your blankets and pillows?

Our blankets and pillows are available in woven jacquard cotton or other curated premium fabrics. Woven items are loom-crafted using dyed threads — no printing — for rich texture and lasting depth.

How should I care for my woven blanket or pillow?

Woven throws and pillows are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve the fibers and colors.

Will the colors fade over time?

Not easily. Our woven designs are made with colorfast dyed yarns and are meant to last for years with proper care. Slight fading over time can add to the vintage, lived-in charm.

Can I customize a design or request a personalized product?

In some cases, yes. If you have a special request — like a name, date, or minor design change — feel free to reach out. While we can’t offer full bespoke commissions, we’re happy to explore light customizations when possible.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are crafted and shipped from our U.S. production partners. Shipping times vary based on product type and destination, but most items arrive within 10–15 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 9-12 business days. Transit time depends on your location but is typically 2–5 days within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to several international locations. Shipping times and fees will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually cancel or edit it. Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order for the best chance of intercepting it.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address issue. Once the order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to change it — but we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a defect or issue with your order, please reach out — we’re committed to making it right.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

We’re so sorry! Please send us a photo and description within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and send a replacement if applicable.
