Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
All Dusk & Mist items are made to order. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at hello@duskandmist.com within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations are subject to a $4.95 per item processing fee. Once an item moves into production, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Because every order is custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Approved replacements are re-shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered for made-to-order pieces, even if incorrect or damaged — instead, we’ll provide a prompt replacement.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Orders that include names, dates, or any form of personalization are final sale. If you're not satisfied, please reach out — we may be able to offer store credit up to 50% of the item’s value depending on the situation.
Customer Error Policy
We are not responsible for mistakes related to personalization, product size, or shipping address submitted at checkout. That said, we care deeply about your experience — so if you notice something off after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Items returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not eligible for refunds. If you need to update your address, email us right away — we’ll try our best, though changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
Sale Pricing
Sale prices apply only during the active promotion period. We are unable to adjust past orders to reflect sale rates.
